Your basic code:
boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true
^^then right click on the active sim and choose whatever action you want to take place.
Kaching <<<$1000
Motherlode <<< $50K
Maxmotives << motivedecay[on/off] << or you can keep them the same
unlockcareerrewards << moveobjects[on/off] << set hour [1-24] <<< go into the future or the past, well not really but you get the drift.
aging {on/off] << or keep them the same age forever or until you turn it on again

There's more, but these are the best ones.

Type in help that should give you the most useful ones there are others but they can cause your game to crash.

Press Shift +Ctrl + C and type motherlode for 50,000 simlieons and kaching for 1,000 then press enter.

will bring up a drop down menue type in help that will give you a list
or type in
motherlode

that will give you 50k
