If a person want to write a will, it's a cecrecy clause between that person and the lawyer.
Or if a person conffesses to a priest, Still the same the secrecy clause between the priest and the person.

A secrecy clause is part of a contractual agreement (or law) that requires certain information to be kept confidential.
