It's going to be very hard. I have to tell you now that I'm not speaking from personal experience, but from watching a friend. You need to find out why you're doing it. I'm pretty sure that you do it to punish yourself, to release your pain, or just to deal with what's going on around you. Whatever reason it may be, you need to get some sort of therapy. A lot of people don't think that it works, but I have a few friends that have gotten therapy and they're doing a lot better. Just try to be open to any sort of treatment (like a psychiatrist or some sort of therapy meeting). You're already on the right track. You know that you have to stop.

id say therapy or u could join a sports team... my friend used to cut herself, and the way she stopped was by doing more sports.. She joined the track team, and theres pain in that, but its a good sense of pain cause its the kind where u know its helping ur body, and it relieves stress too, and gets u in shape, and theres this thing called a natural "runners high" where u just feel better after u run
