The nail polish is getting bubbly because of the way you shake it. When you shake it the polish gets bubbles inside and it isn't applied smoothly. Try rolling it between your palms.

Try prepping your nails prior to applying your polish.Always use anon acetone nail polish remover, after taking off nail polish wash your hands, pat dry.Buff your nails with a White Block bought at pharmacy or beauty suppliers, buff nails, apply base coat, allow to dry, then apply polish, allow to dry. add another coat, dry again ,then apply a very good top coat. Also allow to dry well. The secret to good nail application is in the preparation. The nail varnish you are using is OK,but wouldn't hurt to try a different brand as well.Always remove nail polish before 10 days if they are your real nails,as leaving varnish on for too long will damage & stain nails.Taking a supplement of vit D for a while wouldn't hurt or Fish oil caps.Helps hair, nails,& skin.Good luck.

Before you apply the polish be sure NOT to shake the bottle, just gently roll it between your palms. Shaking it produces air bubbles. You should also be sure to only apply a light coat so it will dry evenly, too much paint on the nail will cause it to bubble.

if it is more than a year old it can start to become bubbly. it results also from having air pockets between the individual brush bristles. i suggest washing brush in acetone completely then wash in warm water. flatten totally to dry. nest time u use it it shouldnt give bubbly resluts. good luck. oh when buying new polish: i suggest using two coats of rimmel 60 second polish wiht lycra. no bubbles guaranteed!

also if you're putting on too thick of a coat at one time; there is a drying agent in nail polished to make them dry quickly, but if it has to go through a ;layer of the pigment, it will leave a bubble, just like bubbles leaving soda pop.

My personal fav brand is OPI.

You need to make sure the nail is wiped over first, especially if you have just filed them. Sounds like you have caught dust or something underneath.

don't shake the bottle that creates air pockets in the polish. roll the polish in between your hands.

try mixing nail polish remover through it - stops it from going gunky and should go on smooth.
