I dont think. When India was on the winning spree ( against England) it was looking possible. But that form is now lost and I dont think India can win World Cup if the team continues to play in the same manner.

No, now they are a bit weak. But when they played against Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Engalnd, they played fabulous cricket. They suffered a bit against South Africa, but fought well. Now, they will have to get into form.
