potential candidates for the captaincy. Considering the present trend Virendra Shewag is likely to take over from Mr. Rahul Dravid in the first place if he continues in the Indian Team when

IN my opinion Mohammad Kaif should be the successor of Rahul for skipper of India. He seems to have the temperament and also performs to the level that you would normally find for a veteran. By the time he comes onto bat, most of the top order is back in the pavilion, but he maintains his composure and resurrects the innings. Fielding is outstanding as usual, and he leads by example.
In rank order, my list for the top three candidates are:
1. Mohammed Kaif
2. Yuvraj Singh
3. Virender Sehwag (if he stops throwing away his wicket)

He has become a wonderful player who takes more responsibility
while playing agressively.He is the best option
