My boyfriend noticed small red spots/pimples on the head of his penis when he brings his foreskin back. has anyone had these? what are they caused by and how do they go? We always use a condom and the last time we had sex was thursday and its happened yesterday(sunday). they have faded a bit but was slightly concerned. does he need to go to the doctors? because i dont think he will want to. He has always used condoms so hasnt ever had any STI's. he has always used condoms with everyone hes been with. could it be thrush? thanks any suggestions much appreciated. x

Now beside all of the bullsh--t answers. Here is whats happened from the details you gave. Sounds incredibly like an allergic reaction to the latex condom. If you are both disease free try using another form of birth control. See if the problem disappears. You say he is not circumcised? Then his gland will be very sensitive to soaps and other cosmetic products. Make sure he pulls the skin as far back as possible and washes with a thorough rinse.

It does sound like thrush early stages maybe, Symptoms burning, incredible itching, stingy when urinating. Canestan hc cream is the cure. Tell him to keep WELL away from highly scented soaps!

try WASHING once in awhile any leftover excretions that arent properly washed off can get into wrinkles and suck causing infections, he should see a doc, the excretions can even come from pleasuring himself

I got some of those as a teenager, was too scared to tell anyone but they didn't last.
