I tell her not to do it but she runs up to me and pulls up her shirt and says "do u like em?" She is 98 and I am 99 years old. Should I tell her to stop or just start feeling her up?

Well, first of all -- if they land down below her ankles and keep popping out down there -- it is just that they sag -- not that she is flashing you.
Recommend some moisturizer if you don't like it -- If you do like it... Go for it like a Motorboat...
