Cid.
He has total disgaurd for an entire situation. He doesn't care what he is or what he is doing he focuses on this goal and doesn't care about the rest of the world. He would inevitablly curse more often (and in forse places) than Barret who does care about more things and only really curses in the game when he gets pissed off.

Well, Barret swears right away in the beginning and then only when he's confused or angry. Cid swears a lot when he gets annoyed. I'd have to say Barret though, he swears more in Advent Children and Dirge of Cerberus than Cid.

Barrot was in the game longer so I say Barrot but Cid does swear a lot
