Under appreciated and under-paid!!!?

Question

I hate my job. Actually to be fair, its not my job, it's the people. I know in whatever field I am in, there is always office politics, but I've become so jaded and lack so little motivation in my job. The people are witches (the rhyming word is what I am refering to). The communication sucks, and the woman are unbearable. It is never fair at work. It's like if it is the right thing to do they do the complete opposite. Also, if you are of lower rank, automatically you get no respect. I know it isn't just me this happens to, but I am fed up and at times I just want to quit. How do you cope in these types of situations?

Just do the job you are paided for. If you cannot get along with the others best thing to do is look else where. But do not quit. Until you have anothert job to go to. Maybe it is just you.having a very low esteem of your self. , your job. You have to work your way up no matter where you work. They did I am sure. It is hard some times but try and get along with the others, just smile and walk on. You are lucky to have a job, so many would love it, just grin and bear it. Good luck Pem

Under paid and under appreciated seems to be the biggest complaint along with not being able to spend enough time with family and having no freedom: So man people are unhappy with their situation. Having to come in so early, be on the clock by a certain time, answer to their boss why they were 5 min late because they were stuck in traffic dropping off their children whom they rarely ever see these days... long hours....it's endless....they should all do what I did. Fire the boss and work for themselves! I'm happier now than I ever been! Especially after reading Robert Kiyosaki's book from the Rich Dad Poor Dad "The Business School" I'm on my way to being on the other side of the cash flow quadrant! OMG very very similiar to what I am experiencing right now at my job. But then again my job is jsut a college/pay my minor bills job. Really no point in advancing anyways but it gets very old.

Usually what I do to unwind in my job, is mess something up that I dont have the "skills" to fix. LOL that way it isn''t hurting me at all. Also I am really rude to all the customers, it just makes me feel good inside.

but what i did i just ignored the people that surrounded me well i tried (it is a group thing) all the people were dumping there work load onto my lap untill one day i just snapped so i had to look for another job

taxi driver
hot dog stand attendant
gas station attendant
travelling sales representative
merchandiser
deliver person
big rig driver
solo musician
artist
priest

I am sure u can come up with something u would like to do

FIND SOMETHING ELSE...ITS HORRIBLE TO HAVE TO FACE THE SAME SITUATION EVERY DAY AND HATE IT....KEEP LOOKING UNTIL YOU FIND SOMETHING THAT MAKES YOU HAPPY AND CONTENT.... ALOT OF BEEOOOTTTCHES OUT THERE...MAKES IT SOOOO UNPLEASANT....
