I think that he managing to be clueless and confused without the assistance of substance abuse. That's even scarier.

That might be to hard to hide. More likely on same stuff his father was on. Remember when Mrs. Bush ran into house slay riding. Wonder what stuff someone help her use up. Pretzel answer was very good.
