let's clear up a few things, free ride ..not.. i do have my own income his is just 4x what mine is and his family is pretty well off...we are still living together.
also, we were newly married when he said he wanted to have a child before his father past away... not yet an unhappy couple, that came about soon after the baby .
it's simply come about now that my son is in school all day and childcare is no longer an issue, that my daughter and i need to go...
we did split once before, life was great i had my kids, we were all happy, than he decided he wanted to try again to work on the marraige..now he changed his mind, but this time he intends for me to leave our son because he feels he deserves a chance.. he's a good dad.. i'm just afraid of not getting him back...

Sorry but you are doing this to yourself. You don't have to kiss his ***, you get court ordered visitation, you see your son then and there is nothing he can do about it. You need a lawyer, if you have one you need a better one. Remember that this stuff isn't set in stone, just because he has him now doesn't mean it has to stay that way permanently. Use the time that he is dealing with the child to go back to school if you need to, get yourself in to a great position to care for and provide for yourself and the children then take him back to court to have the custody arrangement evaulated again. I know this is a terrible situation but you can use your anger two ways...one to feel sorry for yourself and give up and sink in to a pit of bitterness...the other to motivate you to be successful and get your child back! Remember success is the best revenge and by taking the child now he is giving you the time to do it! Take full advantage of that. You can do this, good luck to you!

Well, aside from the obvious comment about your decision powers regarding the birth control, what makes him think he will be granted custody of your son? You should get a better lawyer if that is the case, since most often custody goes to the woman.

1- having sex with a man and making a child does not constitute ownership.
2-Only a court of law can decide who gets parental custody. his family may have money but to take a child away from their mother is nearly impossible! First the court would have to prove you unfit. if youre poor ... doesnt mean youre unfit. If you have no family, it doesnt mean youre unfit. If you are a chronic junkie or something that would put your child in harms way then you have a problem.

GET A LAWYER!!!! You can get support. For you and the child. While he's taking care of the child go back to school. That way you can support both you and your child.

The courts will decide the terms for some things automatically like support issues, custoday, etc. Otheres they will decide if you can't agree(equitable division of assets and debt). almost sounds like you think you own him too. His family's assets have no bearing on the divorce, That's his family's money.

I have been given in touch with a woman who had a daughter and ended up marring her. My spouse and that i ended up having a toddler and that i will certainly make it easier to comprehend that i admire the two between the babies the comparable. If we did no longer finally end up having a toddler i will have lived my existence with in elementary terms having her daughter somewhat fortunately. the two little ones are my existence and you are going to be able to desire to ponder whether you are going to be able to desire to be happy with elevating her little ones as your guy or woman.

If you were miserable, why did you get off birthcontrol in the first place? And what's wrong with your hands and feet, that you cant get a job and support yourself and your kid(s)??!! Dont disgrace yourself or woman kind. Stop the abuse and get up and do something about it. I'll be damned if i come on here and have stories like these, b/c of a man!

Sorry about that.
People often make their spouses into objects. I think it's due to their own deep rooted insecurities.
Sounds like you need a good lawyer.

JESUS CALLED AND HE WANTS HIS CROSS BACK.

YOU CHOOSE TO GO OFF BIRTH CONTROL, NOT HIM. YOU LET YOURSELF BECOME TOO DEPENDANT ON HIM. WHY DOES HE HAVE YOUR BOY AND NOT YOU?

IT SOUNDS LIKE HE WANTS TO OWN YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN. IT IS YOUR CHOICE IF YOU LET HIM.

IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO LET HIM, THEN GO TO COURT AND GET CUSTODY OF YOUR KIDS.

HE WILL BE ORDERED TO PAY ALIMONY AND CHILD SUPPORT, AND THAT SHOULD SUPPLEMENT WHAT YOU EARN AT YOUR OWN JOB.

YOU ARE NOT THE VICTIM HERE, UNLESS YOU CHOOSE TO BE.....
