First, you need to have a CD burner on your computer. If you just have a player, you will not be able to burn CDs. If you have a burner, it will have come with software, called Nero or Roxio or something else.

In this programme, it will have an option to burn an audio CD. As the files you have downloaded are probably mp3 format, they will need to be converted to burn to a CD that will play in most players, though some better players also play mp3 discs.

Find your programme and look in its 'help' files.

Yes it can be a little complicated burning music but you could use this free and easy tool called Mp3 CD Doctor. Download and install it.Get it here
http://www.snapfiles.com/reviews/MP3_CD_Doctor/mp3cddoctor.html

when the programme is running, click the Add Music button; go to where you keep your music and add the tracks you want.(you can burn mp3, wav, wma and ogg files.)When you're done, install a blank cd-r in your cd burner and click the "Burn CD" button. That's it! The programme does all the hard work for you.

Just drag the songs to the D drive (or whatever drive your blank cd is). You could also open the folder with the songs, select them, hit Ctrl C, then double click on My Computer, then on the CD drive, then paste, and finally click on "Burn these files to CD" (or something similar, don't remember exactly).

I personally use a software named Nero (www.nero.com), you can burn data or audio cd's, vcd's, dvd's, etc.

Windows Media Player also has a feature to burn music to a cd. Once you have the songs in your WMP library, click on the "Burn" tab, then select the songs you want to burn and then click on "Burn".

if you are using windows media player there should be an icon on the right hand side which says burn to cd. just click on that select the tracks you want to copy to cd and you are away.
oh and yeah make sure you have a blank disc in the drive too.

from Windows media player you need to creat a playlist that you wan to burn.
after you have created that list you need to save it
you should have an option on your toolbar at the top that says burn...click on that and from there it will give you step by step intructions on what to do.
insert a blank cd in to your drive
select the playlist you want to burn
it should be pretty self explanitory from there
good luck
