Gosh, if someone got out of their car to help me load up my stuff at Costco I would be so grateful! Are there really people out there doing that???? and I don't think that I'm a 'dog' either!
Your wife is insecure. If you have always been the way that you are, she knew that going in....people are people no matter what the package is lookin' like. Sure, it's alittle harder to swallow when someone is a good looking woman, but then, she is a person too, after all....Keep it up, and keep smiling and tell her (your wife) to 'get on over it'. You did nothing wrong...your wife did.

I think secretly you were driven to help this woman because she was attractive. I have never seen anyone get out of their car to help someone else load their groceries while waiting for their parking spot. There's nothing wrong with that, but I'm sure your wife didn't appreciate hearing about it (you've probably told her about it several times and I'm sure you added in how attractive this woman was and how big her breasts were) and I'm sure you would never do it for a man, or for an unattractive woman. Thus, she is now insecure about it because of how you described it. I think your wife is right to be bothered by it - mostly because you probably keep bringing it up. All you had to say was you help someone load their car up - when you told her she was attractive, that was your first mistake. My husband wouldn't do that for random strangers - I think your story is fishy.

For some reason ur wife has a jealousy issue, I hate to say it but have u made her that way for some reason? If not then explain to her that u are giving a helping hand and men that do that are few and FAR between. But if u have given her some reason to be jealous, then pay the price!

Don't stop helping people, but next time if you are with your wife ask her if it is alright if you get out and help and if (when - she'll start to feel like a real horror if she says no all the time to helping someone) she says yes make sure you remind her how much you love her and how beautiful you think she is. Even married women like reassurance that their husband finds them beautiful.

Nothing wrong with what you did. She's just jealous and since you helped an attractive woman she probably thinks that decision was made with the "other" brain.

what the hell ! she may be jealous. but at the same time , a smart couple know each other's feelings , right?? you should know how she might feel. should understand each other better right? then there should not be any problem. past is past anyway.

Well, if it were me, I would probably be half-way between jealous because you were so chivalrous and pleased fro the same reason. We women are sometimes unreasonable like that.
