Not that i have heard of,unless there has been some underliying problem.
Anal sex with a woman is incredible extermely satisfying and very exciting for both.
Providing both partners are in agreement and are totally open and trusting with each other, the fore play is exhilirating.
Me and my wife thoroughly enjoy this sensual and stimulating part of our relationship.

I would have to say no, otherwise you would get cancer anytime you had sex, regardless of how.
