i am interested in buying a house with a preserved wetland at the back i want to buy this house as investment?

i want the house to be a good resale but i am not sure people prefer properties like this with preserved wetlands touching their backyards. this house is also a corner house on a not so busy street i dont know if thats a selling point or not please help me make this decision

Speak to a lawyer. I have heard that once these properties have been preserved, some uses of your land may be limited if the group preserving the adjacent land believes that your use may effect their preservation efforts. They may take you to court for every improvement you do to your property.
