Wait another week or 2 and see. With my first pregnancy I was not really sick, but now with my second pregnancy I was very sick and it started about week 5 and lasted till I was about 4 months. With the first I also had hypertenion and this time I do not. First baby was a girl, this one is supposed to be a boy. Both pregnancies have been very different for me.

Maybe you'll be lucky and won't have any morning sickness with this baby!
Have you had a positive blood test or just a home pregnancy test? I've heard of false positives on home pregnancy tests, but a blood test would be the way to know for sure.

I hope you are pregnant and I hope you don't have morning sickness at all!

You could be one of the lucky ones that never get sick. But don't wish for it to much. I know it helps mentally confirm your pregnancy but once you get it you can't take it back. I was sick from the moment I conceived with my son for 6 months. This time around I didn't get sick and didn't get sick. I kept telling my husband I just expect it b/c its the part of pregnancy I REALLY remember. Then BAM! 5 weeks in and could keep nothing down. So count you blessings for now and just sit back and enjoy the times you are not hunched over the toilet

Every pregnancy is different......Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting" by Heidi Murkoff. It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. Your question as well as many others that you would not expect is in there. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

Did you have a girl the first time? Maybe this time it's a boy and that's why you're having no morning sickness or other symptoms?

It's still early. I bet in a couple of weeks you'll have morning sickness. Or you may not have any this time. Every pregnancy is different.

I am 7 weeks and have had no morning sickness. Every pregnancy is different. Maybe this one will be different.

There is no guarantee that you will experience the same symptoms with each pregnancy. I have 3 kids, and my symptoms were different for each of them, believe it or not. There's such a wide range of symptoms involved with pregnancy, so don't be alarmed.
