I'd wait for Val Kilmer to don a disguise in an attempt to woo it away from me. Then he'd fall in love and we'd give it to the world free of charge and I'd make all my living money from speaking engagements.
Of course I prefer Johnny Depp to Val Kilmer, but Depp never did a cold fusion flick.

I'd only take over the warm areas that needed air conditioning through cold fusion. Antarctica would be fine.

I would enslave humanity and have them build me a castle like no other. I would have endless concubines. I would be a nice ruler though. I wouldn't harm anyone because I would use my influence to devise a mind control device so that I wouldn't have any rebellions then completely abolish all forms of nuclear arms and wmd's.

i wouldn't have to because i would already be the richest guy on the planet. taking over the world would be a headache. i just want an island paradise :)
