Yes, a woman can get pregnant on her menstrual cycle. thats why doctors always say to use a condom at all times.

Yes actually it is possible but very unlikly. A friend of mine just had it happen and the doc said that most of the time the egg will not develope. But it does happen. She had a miscarriage so if it happened to u get to a Dr.
