All of the characters; Buffy, Anya, Cordelia, Dawn, Tara, and Willow; are all very beautiful, sexy, and smart.

Gotta go with Cordelia - she was damn sexy, even if she was off-target a lot in other ways.
Still a great character, and well-played on both sides of the Buffy/Angel line by Charisma.
