if you pick up a hooker(honk the car horn next to slutty looking women.. one will get in sooner or later) drive to a grassy area away from buildings and park.. the car will start jumping up and down and you will be losing money. to get your money back wait until she exits the car and shoot her.
this works on ps2 version..try it on your pc

Like bikkerbabeee says pick up a hooker and go to a secluded area, can also use this to build health back up. Unless you mean with the girlfriends, then do what they ask, drive through town, go dancing, go and eat (take them to a bar not a fast food joint). After a few dates they will put out, but you only hear the action don't see anything. The patch got the game makers and publishers fined A LOT (was a patch on Internet to reactivate hidden code the censors had banned) so it has been removed from all websites by law. Sorry.

If you must know. pick up a prostitute off the street, drive to a place where there is know body there. After you drive her to a safe place, the car rocks back and forth, dialogue between the prostitute and the character can be heard. There you go, now you know what to do. You don't use buttons.
