How do i find the Never Dial A Connection option so my cable internet stops asking me to dial up?

The setting you need is in Internet Explorer in the Tools > Internet Options menu item. Click on the Connections tab.

Open Internet Explorer
Click on Tools
Select Internet Options
Go to the Connections tab
You will see settings there for dailing the internet
