without a doubt Gmail. it's super simple to use and treats email as conversations. i don't want bells and whistles. just email traffic. with Gmail it wipes out all of the extra stuff and makes a hardcore email program that is very straight forward and super easy to use.

I'm at Hotmail live it's free, but Gmail looks sweet.

Personally, I prefer the new Yahoo Mail that's still in Beta.

right now it has to be gmail.
Gmail currently uses new advanced programming that intensively organizes your mail and archives in into its own searchable database.
It looks very clean and can be integrated with google talk, which is a free phone service for Gmail customers.

Of the choices you listed, I would pick Gmail. I like the interface the best.

I like Netzero, which is free if you download the service, but I prefer Yahoo over even Netzero.
