it's more than likely a fan going bad, bearings. cause unless you've recently opened the sucker there should not be any wires moving around. personally i would replace all the fans. but if you're not comfortable doing it yourself have someone who knows do it for you

There are a couple fans in your computer. One is located in the power supply. The other is next to the motherboard. The third is on your CPU. Be careful when cleaning the fans. Don't open your power supply to clean that fan unless you know what you're doing. If it's a wire hitting a fan, it probably is the CPU or case fan, not the power supply fan.

The fans have ball-bearings inside. They are known to fall out in time. If one has fallen out, the noise "may be" the other ball bearings hitting each other. If that's the case, you'll need a new power supply.
If not, try cleaning the fan with an air compressor.

If a wire touching a fan , Bang on the side of a computer hit it with your fist it moves the wire away. Don't be afraid to rowin it it wont get rowened, you could take apart and put together it is not a big deal.

yeah, sometimes the fans are noisy. My video card fan is a noisy bugger. If your brave and know what you are doing, you can shut down the machine and remove the case and inspect the fans for anything near the blades that could be causing the problem. See if the fans are loose also.

Yes it is possible, and yes it has a fan,and yes you maybe able to fix it ,but most likely you need to take it to a computer store to get a new fan to put in it.
Good luck!
