Runner going from 1st to 2nd, center fielder throws to 2nd baseman. Runner would be out but baseman bobbled ball and did not have control. Is the runner out or safe and what is the rule?

He is safe .. if the ball is not in control then it has not been "caught".

Meh hating pitching. 3) good fielder in ordinary words at 2d even with the undeniable fact that. 4) ordinary ordinary. Mechanics? if truth be told sound? OMG you sound like Pat Tabler or Jamie Campbell? No guy I purely see the ball and hit the ball. anybody is mendacity. they're all affirming good participant. it type of sounds like I purely suck then :( i'm getting a touch too cocky when I play. when I get into the batters field I placed on a advise grin on my face then stare the pitcher down for 10 seconds. If I strike out. I walk a fashion in amazement or slam my bat on the floor.

hes safe. as long as the fielder lets go of the ball the runner is safe.

I play slow pitch softball. The player HAS to have control of the ball.

think about....if you don't catch the ball, is he out?? NO!
