i dont need a dramatic results in a time period. i just want to tone it. any suggestions for better ways to do sit ups, crunches etc? something i can do for about 15-20 min a couple times a week at home?

I bought an ab lounger at a garage sale. The thing is sadistic but it works.

i do 30 crunches in regular position
30 with legs at 90 degree angle
30 with legs at 180
30 again at 90 degrees
30 again at regular position
then 50 "kicking" crunches
all in a row. then you stretch.
also, when you do push-ups straight after, you can feel your stomach getting a workout as well because you're trying to keep your back straight.
i cheat and do the "girly" push-ups where i'm on my hands and knees.
oh lordy that is so not feminist of me to say. :(

sit ups, v-sits, leg lifts, crunches

Just do 1000 situps as often a week as you want (the more the better).
