seeing as it a bank holiday,
I did, but i didn't realise it was bank holiday until got to work and loads of customers came in that should be at work! I'm surprised I am allowed to operate a till.... lol

I was working today. I also work in a shop it was so unfair seeing everyone coming in enjoying themselves and me stuck there having to smile :-) There should be a law about it!!!!

Only a bank holiday in the UK. We get next Monday off in the US.

Today was NOT a British public Holiday, it was an English Bank Holiday.
We Scots are not Lazy, so we don't need to take as many days off.

yeah i worked today...went in the morning and i could tell it was a bank holiday...No traffic congestion......it was kind of boring working on a bank holiday though
