Also, use only very warm, not hot, water if your hands are getting really dry. Another also, don't do dishes four times a day. Fill the sink with dishes and then do them. That should get you to once or twice a day. I'm also a Stay at home Mom and I cook everything from scratch, yet I do only one full sinkload a day.
