I am so sick of couplets (AA,BB,CC...) and quatrains (ABAB, CDCD...) Help! Do you have any natural-sounding rhyme schemes?

Try a sestina. It is a lot of work but comes out sounding very polished without being sing-songy. Or if you use internal rhymes, you can spice up a poem with rhymes all over the place without worrying so much about end rhymes. The president of the Utah State Poetry Society is very god at using internal rhymes. In other words, use rhyming words in the middle or front of sentences without worrying if they come at the end of lines.
