He isn't saying anything bad. Just ignore him. Even though that is imature I would take that as a complement. That you are a good kisser and have a nice rack. I don't think that is a insult. Now if he was saying things that weren't true. Like you were horrible in the sack and couldn't kiss. I would take offence to that. Otherwise let it go and ignore him.

If it's true, he's doing nothing wrong; there's nothing you can do but get used to it. If you're getting a reputation among people in school, then don't kiss boys and it won't happen! Duh!
Don't like what he's doing? Punch him in front of his friends - that should shut him up fast.
