I am almost 36 weeks pregnant and she has been head down since 32 weeks. The last time my doctor did a manual exam he said she was really low in my pelvis.....was that his way of telling me that the baby had dropped.
I have been having so much back pain lately and I can't sleep at night. I do think that I look different and so do my co-workers.
This is my 2nd pregnancy and I don't remember this happening with my first?!

Please help.....

my guess is that the doc was telling you the baby has dropped. sounds pretty normal to me.

I had twins and believe me...
if you have two you can FEEL them drop. It hurt so bad. Both their Sholders were resting on my hip bones and bruised them.

I'm not sure about singleton pregnancies, though.
Maybe you can tell by your belly being a bit lower. Is there less pressure pushing up into your ribs?

Go back and ask your doctor straight out. If your having concerns don't be afraid to ask. Also after a couple I can tell you every pregancy is different. Congrats!!!!
