Using Help in 2003 or XP applications is a lot better than others. Help is getting better because help pages are providing links to solve the problem.
You may be having difficulty because maybe you don't know quite what you want to ask...... Doesn't take much to buy a book or take a one-day workshop at one of your 2-year schools or highschools (nights).
