Okay, so my 2 year old son got ahold of a bottle of nail polish with out me knowing (he was supposed to be napping). He got it all over himself. I tried nail polish remover, but it won't take it all off. What do I do?

Try rubbing alcohol. Most definitely put nail polish out of reach.

It probably wont come completely out of his clothes, but if it's on the skin don't worry about it it will just flake off, you could even try peeling it if he'll sit still(it wont hurt). I do suggest keeping things like that especially harmful chemicals out of his reach, children WILL get into everything
