Drink a lot of water, so that you can eliminate through urine, however, the only way is to let time pass by. Nicotine needs to go through your blood and be eliminated.... only time will do that.

Don't listen ti idiotic advice given above as to "keep on smoking" .
They are either a non smoker and are pulling your leg or are a smoker themseles and are unable to quit. In that case, they feel getter about them smoking, knowing that someone else is doing it as well. Loosers.

Anyhow, yes, we are all going to die one day, however, some sooner then later and I personally choose to live a healthy life.

I was a smoker for 17 years (!!!) and while it wasn't easy quiting, it was one the best decisions I ever made!

Good luck!

Water is seriously the best thing to detox you, and only rarely do people drink too much of it.
So drink alot of water!

Try drinking teas and foods with high antioxidant contents like rooibos tea, green tea, veggies cooked with olive oil, etc.

If you start feeling really bad, go to your doctor and they can prescribe you stuff to help. If you were smoking for your nerves, they can give you something for your nerves as well.

Refrain from smoking further, drink ten cups of green tea, which is high in anti-oxidants, and avoid drinking white wine, which can increase the risk of lung cancer. Also, be sure to avoid situations in which you are inhaling second-hand smoke.

there are herbs that you can buy at any drug store that are specifically formulated for that .. I just saw some at WalMart yesterday while I was buying vitamins for my dad. It says nicotine detox right on the box.

This really is a pointless question.
We all know that even if you stop smoking, you'll be at it again sooner or later.
If you enjoy smoking, get on with it. You're not going to live for ever anyway.
