My 5 1/2 month old is breastfed 5 times a day for 10 minutes each time, 2 bottles with 6-7 oz of formula, and about 6 tbsp of rice cereal mixed with applesauce.

at 5mths my son was breast feeding every 3 or 4 hours for 10 - 20 minutes per feeding (less often through the night), plus getting rice cerial (just a couple spoonfulls) once or twice a day. Remember, all babies are different. We were'nt suppose to give cerial until 6 months, but 4 months worked for us.

My baby is 5.5mo and usually feeds every 4 hours in the day (by her choice, i demand feed her) and, with a roll-feed between 10pm-12am, wakes up to feed around 4-5am.
This routine has been going for about 1.5 - 2 months. She has only just started solids but does not swallow them (just tries the flavours - we do Baby-led introduction to solids: http://www.borstvoeding.com/voedselintroductie/vast_voedsel/rapley_guidelines.html ) so she is for all intents and purposes exclusively breastfed still, and gaining weight and height on a normal curve for her based on our government growth charts.
Bear in mind that the World Health Organisation recommends babies to be exclusively breastfed (or formula fed) until 6 months of age.

When my first was 5 months old, she nursed about every 2 hours during the day, maybe went 3-4 hours without nursing at night.
She liked to nurse.
No clue how many oz, my boobies don't have a gauge!
