the first visual proof, in texas or in any other place in the world, is the sunset view, when sun sets and reaches the moment that it touches Earth at the horizon.
if Earth was flat, then this view means that sun is "sinking into Earth" which means that it wouldn't rise again. so this view must mean that Earth is rounded, and we don't see the sun anymore just coz we're on top of that big round thing :)

ok, you're democrat.

just so you know, the first photographic, visual proof of the earth being round (from a distance) was in texas. you may have heard your father saying at one time, 'houston, the eagle has landed'.

republicans placed a flag up there that democrats cannot burn.

Don't bother, just tell him if he leaves Texas, he will likely fall off of the edge of the earth. More than likely he will disagree with you.

Send him on a trip in one direction around the earth. Then, much later, turn around and ask him where the hell he's been, and how does he think it happened.
