go ito the wedbite for your state. under umployment (see laws) and also see (cases versus employment).
also question: how long where u in your job. if you were there a small amount of time, you probably did not have any funds accomplicated for unemployment.
also your unemployment probably was deinied because they send a letter to your former employment verifying for benefits. sinc you quit and were not fired, the claim was denied.
did you have a police report regarding the the problema t your job?
you see your daughter had all the right to quit thejob if she choose to becuase it did make her have bodily harmed.
you quit because you feared the same harm but received none.
the(unemployment) will look at both cases separated and not together.
also what you can do is talk to the police department. maybe there is a conselor there that can help.

Well, the biggest factor for unemployment is "voluntary leave". You voluntarily quit. Even though it was for valid reasons, you still quit. Unemployment will be denied because of that. You have to be released or fired.

If you are self-employed it's hard to get unemployment. If you were an employee, your boss needs to approve and sign off on the unemployment, because it is an insurance paid and sponsored by your employer.

Unfortunately you are probably out of luck. You would have had to build your case for an unsafe work environment prior to quitting. Did you possibly seek medical treatment for work place trauma? Things of that nature would probably have helped you.

Why try to leech off the system? Get another job- preferably a safer one. We all have a duty to support ourselves. Stop being lazy.
And, no, you can't collect if you quit. Sorry. Get a job.

I dont think you can get unemployment insurance money if you quit. You only get it if the company has laid you off.
