IN AND OUT OF LOCKUP BETWEEN 45 AND 50 MPH. TPS READS OK AND ALTERNATOR VOLTAGE IS CORRECT TRANS REBUILT. PUT NEW PROCESSOR IN ABOUT 1 YEAR AGO BUT FOR A DIFFERENT PROBLEM

just because the TPS reads ok, i would try that.

the TPS is a major problem on these trucks causing what you are experiencing.

The problem you are having is VERY common on this model of truck and there are a multitude of issues that can cause this. I've been a transmission specialist for 21 years, and the best advice I can give you is to let a professional deal with it. There are many web sites that address this problem, but they are pay sites. I know you were hoping for a cut & dry solution for this, but it's not that simple. Causes can be, TPS, interference noises, temp sensors, reflash of the computer etc......This problem of yours has been plaguing tranny shops for years now, so again, I'd advise you to take it to a transmission shop & let them deal with this headache !!!!
