i have tried bleach, a magic eraser, hairspray and fingernail polish remover. It only lighted it. What to do next?

Try an adhesive removing pen.... they are found wherever carpeting is sold, and they smell like oranges..... I use them for everything lol

I had the same problem a couple of years back. The only thing that took it off was pure Acetone. (purchased at Home Depot) Make sure you really ventilate the area well and use chemical safe rubber gloves. It did remove the top layer of paint though. Other then that use a stain blocking primer such as KILZ and then paint over it.

Might want to try WD-40 and a little elbow grease. Hand sanitizer may work, but may take the paint off. If this is flat paint you're trying to get the marker off of .... you may need to just repaint the area due to flat paints being porous.

Toothpaste, especially the kind that is supposed to polish and whiten your teeth, is the way to go. I just cleaned a small novel my daughter wrote on her bedroom door.

Alcohol and / or aceton (or a combination) can be used to remove this. Nail polish remover generally contains acetone... i know it has nt worked. for me .. i have always used alcohol (denatured - spirit or tincture waht u call).. it really works
