whats the average lifespan of 18mb ddrsd ram? i got 3 years is that ok can anyone give me nice tips to protect my ram?

RAM cant be repaired with some very special equipement that would run into many thousands of bucks
if the ram is still under warrenty then call them up and ask how to return it for replacement, since it would cost less to replace than fix.
