Because we are spinning so slow we don't even know it. The only way we know that the Earth is moving is by the movement of the sun across our horizon. If you notice the sun rises in the east and sets in the west at all times. Another way you can tell that the Earth moves is by the changing of the seasons. The beginning and end of Daylight Savings Time is the another indicator of Earth's movement. Our winter becomes the Southern Hemisphere's (Australia, New Zealand, South Pacific) summer.

The rotation of the Earth in actuality, isn't slow at all. The earth rotates at a speed of nearly one thousand miles per hour. The reason you can't feel it standing on the surface is due to intertia. Just like in a being in a car speeding down the motorway, the only forces you feel are when you change your speed (accelerate and deccelerate). The Earth's rotation influences many different things on our planet, most notably, weather patterns. This phenomenon is called the coriolis effect and it mainly causes low-pressure systems (cyclones) to spin counterclockwise. Hurricanes and tornadic supercells are the result of our planet's rotation.

I think that the fluid in our ear mostly in the cochlea is only atuned to our own little movements and mishaps from when we were a fetus in the womb, the question i have is, what if u were born on a different planet from fetus all the way to the baby and grew up on say the moon? Would that say have an effect on our state of balance? Then decided to go to earth, when our astronouts went to the moon they didnt have to worry about rotation all that much because it was at a much slower rate than earths. What do u think of the opposite?

It is because the rotation is so slow. Once around in 24 hours. You need to be going once around in a few seconds to get dizzy.
