Visibly disability is missing an arm or leg, being confined to a wheelchair, etc.

Invisible disability is being deaf, or having a brain injury that interferes with memory or cognitive function, or a neurological condition that makes someone unable to type or write.

Things such as mental illness are an 'invisible' disability, or even anxiety. Their all terrible things to have, but people cannot 'see' them, so they dont believe its as bad as, say, losing a leg
