you mean the girl Evie from "out of this world"? that was 1987-1991. she put her 2 fingers together and everything would freeze. then she would clap hands together to unfreeze.

Out of this world? Charmed? Sabrina the Teenage Witch? There's definitely more than one. I think the one you're thinking of is Out Of This World, because it aired in the early 90's, while the other two didn't.

omg i loved that show... it was "out of this world" w/ Evie as the main character, blond chica who could freeze time w/ her fingers touching eachother. :) her dad was an alien who talked to her thru a crystal cube triangle thingy
