what is your pets name? and where did you get the animal? my animal's name is sneezy but i didn't choose that name she came with the name shes a hurricane katrina cat and i love her sooooo much

First off, let me say THANK YOU for adopting a Katrina animal. I live 30 minutes outside of New Orleans and helped take care of many of those animals after the storm.
That being said...I have two dogs. My toy poodle's name is Precious and I got her from a breeder. My Tibetan Spaniel/Shih Tzu mix's name is Mustang Sally and I got her from the shelter I volunteer at. They were the ones that gave her that name. She was so shy when she first came to the shelter that they thought she needed a name with some confidence attached! lol

We have 2 dogs and a cat. We adopted the Lab who's name is Ruger. Bought a St. Bernard from a breeder and named him Niko. And the cat was bought at the local pet store in Preston, and that's what we named him.

One of the cats that owns me is named Figaro. I got him through an ad in the paper. His mother abandoned her litter and I couldn't help but fall in love with him when I first saw him.
The other cat that owns me is Rosina. She was found walking along a county road and the lady that found her couldn't take care of her with her own three dogs and two cats. My mom found the ad the lady placed and she picked her up for me as a surprise.

I have 3 dogs:
Rocky, His a boxer, His a boy and his 5 years old.I was driving by a shopping center and a family was selling boxers and i bought one.He was $80
Baby, His a tea cup chihuahua, His a boy and hes 8 months old.I was looking in the newspaper and he was for sale and i bought him for $300
Tinkle, His a Chinese Crested, His a boy and he's a year old. I bought him in a animal shelter. He was $200

I have two chihuahuas and their names are BoNita and Kashmere. I bought BoNita from a Lady who sell chis once a yr. I bought Kashmere from a elder ladie who has people dropping their dogs off on her property all the time. Kashmere was only 4 wks old when I got her cause the lady needed to buy food for her other animals.

I have a cat called Bobsworth (Bobsy for short) who was a stray but i took him in because he was just to thin and looked poorly now he is all fat and cuddly
I have a fish called James Brown - He came from his mummy's belly and i saved him before the big fish ate him!
I have also got 2 cats called Dipsy and Thomas which live at my dads and i cant remember where they came from!

My cat's name is "rug". we had two cats - and my boyfriend started calling them "rug rats" the first weekend we had them - one became Rug and the other Rat - we have Rug now, so it's silly but it fits her to a "t" b/c she lays around like a rug all day! We are getting a weimarainer next year and will call her Nittany - b/c we are both huge penn state fans! HAHA poor dog! We got the cats from somebody who was dying from cancer and her three unfixed cats just had litters - that's why i took two and the dog we are getting from a weimarainer rescue.

I have 2 Siberian Huskies. One is named Xenia (Zee-na) after Xenia, the princess warrior. With her markings on her face and her piercing blue eyes, she has a rather "exotic" looking face. She definitely thinks she is a princess - prances around and everything. We got her as a stray. My other husky is named Bayleigh - my wife thought it was a cute name for her. She has different markings than our other dog, and she has one blue eye and one brown eye. We adopted her from our local animal shelter. Both are great family dogs and both work as therapy dogs for the elderly and disabled.

I have a Jack Russell Terrier named Ginger. (I didn't chose her name.) She was given to my by my aunt who couldn't handle her. I also have two guinea pig named Tulip and Lily. I got them from a breeder but I will never ever get another guinea pig from a breeder or pet store. I will only rescue from here on out!
