If a woman's period comes a day or two late does that neccessarily mean that she is pregnant? Her and I had sex after her ovulation period and before her period, unfortunately we used the withdrawl method without birth control. Help please!

Believe it or not. I'm actually in the same situation right now. I usually have PMS 8 days before my menstrual cycle and today is the 21st cycle day and I usually start my period on the 23rd day. The thing is, my boobs should have been really sore, but I feel normal. I have been really stressed out beginning of this month of August and I had sex with my husband (without a condom) after my ovulation and noticed that I don't have my usual PMS symptoms such as sore boobs. Anyways, your g/f or wife might be in a lot of stress. That's common for her period to come late like a day or two like you mentioned. You shouldn't worry about it too much. There's no way she could be pregnant if you're wondering. Especially when you guys had sex after her ovulation.

withdrawl method fails in 90% if you have sex this way for a year,
and it is coz before you have ejaculation there is something like pre-ejaculation, what means that drop of your sperm apears on the top of your penis, can happen even twice before you actual ejaculate, your woman can notice it while she masturbates you or perform oral sex on you, or when you masturbate yourself.

but one day late period does not necessery mean that the woman is pregnant, one week is the problem, but if you are not sure you can buy test for like 5-6 pounds in drug store, it will kill your worries,

and i can advice you to switch on the pills, i dont know any problems when it comes to having children afterwards, a friend of mine got impregnated two weeks after she droped pills :D we call her superfertile ever since :D

and kids of people who used pills are healthy too so no worries, feel free,

a friend of mine had problems with period like two weeks after driping pills but after doc gave her few hormonal pills she came back to norm,

anyway pill is hormonal thing :) its safe :)
and lowers risk of cancer for woman :) not all types of cancers but some

hope you gonna be well,

in future if you think that she got impregnated and you would not use pill you could always use "night after" pill.

good luck

I tell my patients to wait until they are two weeks late before going to the doctor. Have her take a home pregnancy test. And for petes sake get her on the pill and you use a condom if you don't want kids.

no....a period cna be late by a day or two for many reasons (stress, chemocal imbalance, etc). Can anyone say they have had their period exactly the same day since they started? NO! Dont worry if she did have it, she is not pregnant.

She could be under alot of stress, or possibly pregnant. Go get a pregnancy test at the drug store.
