I want to download some good music but it seems the "upbeat" songs are rap. That's all fine but I want some music in the morning to start my day off right. So no death metal please? Any suggestions?

Sounds like what you are asking for is upbeat happy, nonoffensive music. Well, check out Ember Swift. She is an indie artist that I recently saw at a music festival and bought her cd. The whole cd is fun. Check out her myspace. Some Fine Day is my favorite song to start my day!

look into the group teddybear sthlm (teddybear stockholm)
the only song i really like of theirs is 'yours to keep'
its very catchy. it was big in the snowboarding scene last year.
