I would go back to when Columbus founded America. It would be hard not to try to change things, already knowing the outcome for the indians. I would also like to see the making of the great wall of china, the glacier that formed the grand canyon, why the dinosours REALLY died, the battle of little big horn, the enormous amounts of buffalo that roamed the plains, a dodo bird, the pony express, to ride in a stagecoach, wooly mammoths and cavemen, the discovery of fire, I could go on for days....................

Where? Scotland, back during the time of William the Wallace and Robert the Bruce. The battle fought at the Sterling Bridge and other battles during that time frame....Plus, I would love to see the castles and the way the highlanders lived.

Gertrude Stein and Alice B Toklas because of the amazing number of great minds that were in their group I would get to meet and talk to many many people who have changed history in Paris.
But I think if I could go back and not be required to come back again, I would go to spend time with the person I loved who passed too young.

I would go back 3 generations in my family history. My great grand Mother was a Cree Indian. I would love to have experienced living on a reservation. Learning more of their culture and way of life. It would be fun to meet family members.

The idea of travelling back in time is completely absurd. Time only moves in one direction and that is forwards. A particular time is a set of events, which once passed can't be redeemed. As the proverb goes "you can't step twice in the same river".

mmm, first of all I would like to go back in time to meet my grandfather Raul, he died when I was 5 years old and we didn't have a chance to talk, my dad and relatives told me he was a great man and I would love to talk to him.

Also, if it would be possible I would want to talk to Arthur Conan Doyle and find out where did he got the inspiration to create every story of Sherlock Holmes.
