Are the spaces numbered? And is it clear to people parking that the spaces are reserved?
I'd say leave a note on the windshield first, and mention it to the landlord or rental agency. If it happens again, call the landlord or the police right then.

What idiots..first don't call the cops as it is a civil matter. Second if you do and if the car is gone you wont be given a fine for wasting their time...What are these people smoking?
Leave a note...if it happens again with the same auto then speak to the landlord and get a towing company number.
Third time...tow it.

Write down the plate #. Bring it in to the leasing office and request that they ask this tenant to park in their allocated spot. It could be a clerical error on behalf of the leasing office that caused the problem. They should have all of the assigned parking spots cross referenced with tenant and license number

I HATE when this happens, First i try and find out whos car it is to tell them to move the Piece of (fill in the blank). 2nd resort is to write a note saying if they ever park in your spot again you will have their car towed. It seems to work for me. People like that really bother me, have some consideration, geesh

Keep in mind that if you call the police over this, and the car isn't there when they arrive that you could face charges yourself for wasting police time. The police doesn't really care about such things, best to talk with your landlord/manager about it.

Can you report it to your landlord? Or better yet, seek advice from the authorities - trespassing charges?
Leave a note on the windscreen though first, and see if it happens again.

Talk to the people in charge of the day-to-day operation of the garage/lot. If the problem persists, talk to the management.
I wish I could say more, but I don't have enough info to do so.

It could be an honest mistake. If they don't leave your spot within 12 hours, insist the landlord have the car towed (assuming you don't know who's car it is).

1. Leave a nice note
2. Leave a 'next time I call the towing company' note
3. Call the towing company
