Noone is, look around. It happens then people whine and cry and blame everyone but themselves for what happened.
When you live in New orleans did you know it was predicted to happen for atleast thrity years? and it's under sea level? If you answered yes, then dont live ther stupid.
Just as it's predicted that a voclcanoe will blow, don't live there.
But in America, if you do don't worry, we can cry loud and blame the government for circumstances they have no control over, and then they can blame each other and use it for politics. SAD

Let's see.. I have extra batteries, canned goods, water for all of us for 3 days each, a hurricane kit, portable radio, and everything else on the list... So Yes, based on my level of preparedness, America is ready.

No way. Not if it left up to the federal government. They are not concerned about average Americans. We need to help each other and not rely on them for any help.
