Both.

The universe is so big and the sphere of knowledge so vast that our life time is way too short to know everything. Then broadly speaking there are two categories of knowledge: knowledge of the tangible/material world (as governed by physical laws), and the knowledge of the intangibles (feelings, emotions, metaphysics etc). Most of the things that we know fall within tthe first category. What we don't know is much more and complex than what we know, and very important. But in order to know what we don't know we need to capitalize on what we know. So what we know gives us the ability to explore and know what we don't know. Consequently, both are important in their own way.

The most important thing I know is not to judge people by their nationality, skin colour or religion, but by the way you interact.
I don't know what the most important thing I don't know is. If I did, I would know and then it wouldn't be something that I didn't know.

Got to be the things I don't know, since the things I do know must be the easy ones

I both are equally important to me!

What I know makes my life easier, more productive and infinitely more interesting. What I don't know can make life harder, more challenging and infinitely more interesting.

Both, because the more I learn and know, the less I realize I knew in the first place. (I don't think I said that right but I know what I meant.) :(

It's better to know what you don't know, but know you should know it. That way once you learn it, you know what you know, and know that what you don't know isn't important to know because it isn't relevant to know right now.
